BASIC PRECAUTIONARY TIPS TO AVOID STOMACH INFECTION

1. WASH your hands using soaps after using bathroom, before & after eating thoroughly.
2. AVOID eating or drinking of contaminated foods or drinks.
3. DO NOT take oily, fried or junk food, especially during the summers.
4. PREFER light foods like fruits and some vegetables.
5. DINNER should be light.
6. STRICTLY AVOID stale foods. This could be done by cooking the appropriate quantity of food required for that single meal.
7. CHECK expiry date for the packed foods which you buy from the shop before consuming it.
8. BE de-stressed, as being calm can reduce many health related problems.
9. TAKE proper amount of sleep.
10. DURING stomach infection one should consume clear liquids and those foods which could be easily digested.
