HEALTH TIP OF THE DAY: EFFECTIVE STEPS TO HAVE A NUTRITIOUS & HEALTHY HAIR

Now a days almost everyone is facing hair fall & many hair related problems. Many youngsters are becoming bald. In this world all problems has some or the other solution. Likewise there is a solution available to solve your hair problem. It's quite simple. All you have to do is just follow the steps that are given below and get your problem solved.

STEP1: DIET
      First and foremost thing is to have a proper nutritious diet, which will help in proper growth of hair. Your diet must contain mainly green leafy vegetables, sweet juicy fruits, milky products and fresh yogurt. Along with this have coconut products on salads and even in diet.

STEP2:  WATCHFUL FOODS
     Well refined or processed food is mainly to be watched out. Especially canned food, as it contains lot to chemicals & preservatives. Also ice cold beverages are to be avoided. 

STEP3: CERTAIN SPICES TO BE TAKEN
    Certain spices like cumin, turmeric, black pepper which are friendly to hair are preferred to be taken in our diet. 

 STEP4: HAVE RELAXED MIND
    Always have your mind well relaxed. Stress is also one of the cause which damages our hair. So try to be stress free.

STEP5: EXTERNAL NUTRITION
    Provide external nutrition to the hair will the help of oil from certain herbs which will enhance the hair nutrition & growth. Bringaraj is such kind of herb, which will provide nutrition to hair.

STEP6: WATCH-OUT FOR HARSH SHAMPOOS & CONDITIONERS

  Brush your hair left to right, then right to left. Also front to back & vice versa.
